Radio Repair:
SJ Linking Systems offers you the benefit and convenience of two-way radio repairs.

Getting started is easy:
Fill out our Service Request Form or call us at 310-295-7728 and have your radio information ready. Then you just send us your walkie-talkie, mobile radio, base station or repeater and we will repair it and ship it back to you with no charge for shipping.

Repairs are typically completed in 2 to 3 business days and we will accommodate special or urgent request. All two-way radio repairs are quality tested before being returned.

Defective Products:
Defective products within the manufacturer's warranty are exchanged through our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedures. After the manufacturer's warranty, defective products should be repaired.

To return defective products, please email us at returns@sjlinkingsystems.com. Provide your order #, which product is defective, and describe the defect. SJ Linking Systems will send you a replacement along with a self-addressed label for the return of the item. Once you have received the new device you will have 10 days to return the defective item or your account will be charged for the amount of the new device. Please make sure to include the RMA# on the outside of the shipping package.

Unopened Products:
All unopened products can be returned within a 10 day period for a refund*

*There is a 20% restocking fee along with shipping costs.

Shipper Damage: Products received that appear to be damaged due to the shipper, are covered under our shippers liability policy. Any package that is noticeably damaged should be rejected and returned to our warehouse for re-fulfillment.

Delivery Time: Unless otherwise indicated, our products ship standard UPS ground. Orders received by 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time are usually shipped that day and should arrive within 2-5 business days unless expedited shipping method is ordered.
